If for any reason, you do not love your COAST bag, please contact our customer care team with a friendly email at:  mycoastbag@gmail.com 

you may start the return process yourself at:

If you have lost your COAST bag we cannot initiate a return or refund. We can only accept returns or exchanges for actual physical products.

Return policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund.

 
Return Shipping Procedure
To return your product, send us an email at mycoastbag@gmail.com and we will advise further or start the process yourself at: https://shopify.com/74178199848/account

We will provide a return label upon request. Shipping costs on your original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

 Exchanges 

We do not accept exchanges. If you want to change the color or product on an order you will need to purchase the new item(s) you want in order to guarantee availability. Then email our customer service team to initiate a return on any unused items at mycoastbag@gmail.com. Please make sure to read our return policy.

 Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.


Second, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Lastly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
